Requirements:

• A thorough understanding of Photoshop and / or Illustrator
• Knowledge of vector based design packages
• Flash and animation techniques
• Solid knolwedge of HTMl, CSS, Javascript
• Understanding of PHP, My SQL may be benificial
• Ability to speak multiple languages
